Location Audit!Property owners Sjannie & Gerton invited us to audit their property’s potential for rewilding tourism in Guisando. The property is attached to the regional park of Sierra de Gredos. Based on our Ulaya Location Audit we analyzed that the location is most suitable for a ‘retreat experience in top-notch off-the-grid tiny-houses (Like Wikkelhouse or Anna-Cabins). To make the location suitable for rewilding tourism, scenic views are required. This involves felling trees or buying adjacent property, higher up the hill. Moreover, a new approach route is required, as well as a hiking trail to disclose the Regional Park without encountering it. Both to avoid the neighbouring properties, facilitating a remote experience. Local partnerships need to be established tocreate a highly detailed plan that local authorities are willing to evaluate.
